Connection to Ubooquity on D-Link DNS-320L NAS

Just installed Ubooquity on D-Link DNS-320L NAS, When trying to launch application from Chrome browser via NAS Application screen, have two options for Unooquity: Launch interface and Admin interface. Both don't work leading to "This site can't be reached" message. Noticed that browser is trying to access http://192.168.1.XXX:2202/ I checked Norton and sure that all ports for Chrome browser are available for communication. Any idea?

Or is there another way to install a comic library server on this NAS?

To install Ubooquity at DNS-320:

Previously you have to install Java7:
