Could not find matching provider (wrong URL)

CiberPlex 5 years ago updated by blackcladera 2 years ago 5

!!HELP!! Just installed on UnRaid 6.7.  Used the default ports, 2202 and 2203.  I can get to the site on Web UI on 2202 just fine but cannot get into the admin site on 2203.  Log also says: INFO com.ubooquity.b - Internal server started. Listening on port 2202 (library) and 2203 (admin).

HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /admin. Reason:

Could not find matching provider (wrong URL)

This is how I access the admin page on my Unraid..  I think I had a little trouble getting there when I first installed it also..

:2203/ubooquity/admin

+1

Awesome, that worked.  For the record, all of the documentation is wrong:

Once Ubooquity is running, go to the administration page on http://YOUR_IP:2203/admin and choose an administration password

I was going around the twist with this on my QNAP NAS with the Ubooquity app from the QnapClub respository. THIS worked for me finally. Thanks so much!

I just had this same issue, and changing the path fixed it.

It could be beneficial for the root to redirect to the /ubooquity/admin path... the 500 error is very confusing, as my assumption was that the service did not install correctly.

you can remove this by going to advanced and deleting the reverse proxy prefix
