Anyway to add a "Staff Picks" or recommended section?

I do a podcast where I talk about comics I come across and sometimes I recommend them to my friends as well, and I also share my library with a few friends. I was wondering if there is a way to have a recommended section, or like a "staff picks" section just like in comic book stores. There are a few random issues or graphic novels I would like to have on display for various users. Is there anything like this at all? Is it possible with a theme?
