Installing Ubooquity 3+ as an app to an ASUSTOR NAS

I wanted to help out a bit because I use Ubooquity a lot and I'm grateful that Tom shares it with us free of charge. Also, I'm retired and a little bit bored. LOL!

Anyway, before Ubooquity v3 came out I was using a Docker install of Ubooquity v2 that was installed through App Central (the app store on my NAS).  I checked out a few themes and settled on Comixology 2.  All was well.  

Then, when v3 became available I wanted to check it out but there was no official App Central release.  So, I downloaded it directly from the website, ran it in an SSH shell, manually poked holes in my firewall, and used a script to start and stop it so I could quickly develop a new theme for it.  Once I finished my theme, I decided to work on creating an .apk that would actually install Ubooquity to the NAS as an app.  Much to my surprise, it was far easier that I thought it would be and, after discussing it with Tom, I was given the green light to show you exactly how to package Ubooquity as an app that can be uploaded and installed manually to an ASUSTOR NAS.

The above file contains a prepackaged .apk that can be used for new installs.  You need do nothing more than upload the included ubooquity_3.1_x86-64.apk manually in App Central, wait about 10-20 seconds for Ubooquity to fully load, click on the Ubooquity icon to start it in admin mode, setup Ubooquity's libraries, and run your first scan.

However, for those of us who like to customize things like ports, directory structures, and where our databases are kept, I've included pretty detailed instructions in the included README.pdf on how to edit specific files and create your own customized .apk.

Eventually, this process will probably be standardized so that Ubooquity releases can be distributed directly through the Asustor App Central store again.
