I am having trouble installing. Could someone help me?

Hi, I'm having trouble installing Ubooquity.

In the User Manual, it says that you need to extract the downloaded file and click on the .jar file and it will start running. I downloaded the file, extracted it, clicked on the .jar file but that just brought up another extraction, which gave me a bunch of files and folders. I have no idea what to do here! If someone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

I am using Windows 8.1, in case anyone wants to know
