Hi Matthew, thanks a lot for your help. I have choosen the installation of Ubooquity on my surface pro ( now it work very well ). The lack of RAM of the DS211J help me for the choice... When I get a new NAS i will make it work !!! Thanks again

ok Ubooquity.jar is installed in var/packages/ubooquity but no trace of ubooquityq.log

i found also in run/synoservice/bootup-fail-job a file ( 0 b ) called ubooquity

With java embed 8 I have installed java running on my DS211J

Connected via SSH I followed your tutorial and Ubooquity seem to be installed. When i run "start Ubooquity" i obtain an answer.

BUT : I can't lanch the page of configuration of ubooquity. "connection failed"
