I've checked the file with Winrar and indeed the files are sorted like your example.

The file i'm testing is using the following order:

1.jpg

2.jpg

...

31.jpg

and page 31 comes right after the second page within the reader.

And idea how i can sort it out so it displays the comic correctly?
