Hello, I just ran into this issue as well and I'm not sure when it started as it never happened before. I'm assuming an update happened at some point. The fix for me was editing the preferences-2.json file as recommended at the bottom in this post.
An easier fix may be logging into the admin console and navigating to the Library tab. In the Library tab, under Display, there is a slider titled Items per page that is likely too low. Boost that up to a number higher than the total number of files in your library. If you don't know that number, you can estimate and enter something ridiculously high like I did. I recommend using a very high number to accommodate for the growth of your library. After you make this change be sure to click the Save and Restart button in the top right. It may take a minute or so for the change to take effect.
