I found the solution to this problem. Just use Chrome to open the affected PDF, click on print and change destination to "Save as PDF". It will save a new PDF probably without the metadata of the old one.

I have the same exact issue of wrong content with the same cover and content of "Ici Paris 2018-02" as Eien. I can't find that magazine anywhere in my physical files. How is that possible that the scan seems to link 1 particular file to something seemingly on someone else library ? It is really disconcerting.
