I modified the theme you're currently using but as far as I know I didn't remove anything related to metadata. Here's a screencap:

There's something wrong with your port-forwarding I would think. I have a wireless ISP so in order for Ubooquity to be reachable I had to forward port 2202 from my antenna to my router then forward port 2202 from my router to my computer and open the ports in Windows Firewall (I assume you'll need to do the same on OS X).
But since you're saying it works when you put your router in DMZ I would think the actual rule you added in the TP-Link interface is wrong, double-check that you wrote it correctly and that it's pointing to the IP where Ubooquity is running.

Okay, I've not modified 100 % of the theme, only the comics part. I added the PSDs if you want to criticize my "work" or complete the theme for yourself.

Alright! I'll make a Ubooquity header when I come home from work and upload it.
First of all, your theme is wonderful Hidea, thank you for sharing it! I modified some parts of Dark to better suit me, here are a couple of screenshots. If there's anyone who wants the modified files just say so and I'll upload them. I only changed the elements that you see in this screenshot. Overall just swapped to a red theme. Thanks again, Hidea.
Try UltimateBrowserProject for Android. Scales perfectly on my LGPad 8.3 and Galaxy S6 Edge - I did not have the same experience with Google Chrome, which is my go-to browser on all platforms.
I would suggest trying out UltimateBrowserProject for Android; I've tried most comic readers with OPDS support and I haven't been satisfied with any of them - UBP works perfectly with Ubooquity, couldn't recommend it enough. I might have botched metadata for all I know, I honestly know extremely little about coding in any language, I just made some new pictures and changed some colors, but I'll try and look into it this weekend.
