Tom, you are a legend!!!!!!!!!!! Fixed in the latest version.

You may be underestimating the capabilities of Calibre. Have a look at the settings under "Convert Books" particularly under "Heuristic processing." With a few tweaks, my old lit files converted perfectly.  I can't give you or point you to a guide, but have a play and you should be able to do it.

FYI - In case this helps anyone, and just as a note for others, Chunky isn't available on iPhones. I use Marvin 3 to access comics on my Ubooquity server via OPDS on my phone. (I use Kybook for books - I like them separate - kids, etc.).  I use hopto.org, so I can access it from anywhere. So the OPDS address in Marvin 3 or Chunky is http://notgoingtotellyou.hopto.org:2202/opds-comics and .../opds-books in Kybook. Hope this helps you.

What's wrong with Chunky with the browser? You can use the browser and then - say you are flying somewhere or going on holiday - load a series on the local iPad storage? What's not to love?

You may also want to change the settings in your modem/router to always assign a fixed IP address (e.g. 192.168.0.X or 10.0.0.X) to the computer running ubooquity.  Otherwise its a pain to change it on every device when/once this changes.  I have learned this the hard way more than once.

Here is what I see in KyBook browsing a direct Calibre library through Ubooquity (i.e. no covers). Obviously if I click into any of these I then see the cover.

Here is what I see in KyBook browsing a Calibre library that has been exported to a flatter folder structure (i.e. covers) (using my ugly kludge above)

I'm a visual thinker. The cover reminded me of stuff. Covers are sexy.

Wow.  You just become blind to things.  Yes there is. SUPER. Problem solved.  (I feel like an idiot)

Can I just add that I use LazyLibariian to populate Calibre, so if we had a tool chain that went LazyLibarian > Calibre > Ubooquity I'd be in doggy heaven.

Sometime I also do SABMini (iOS) > Sabnzbd > Hazel > Calibre > BROKEN > Ubooquity. I need that beach in Thailand solution!!!

I'm very happy to be wrong, but on my kids iPad, you click on the cloud, a text menu  appears and they pick from that.  Please, please, please let there be another option to browse covers not just a text list?????

My kids use Chunky on their iPads and it seems to work fine for them.  I have a gazillion file library.

They just download whatever they are reading then delete it. They seem to know how to do it.

I haven't seen any speed problems with Chunky - I think it works great.  My major preference would be to show covers rather than just the list in the cloud thingy.

The only other thing I have gotten to work is Marvin 3, though these is an issue with two libraries (ie books and comics)., so I don't use it for comics (as I read books).
