User Security not working for Comics
After I've configured user account security, I can access Comics section but when I try to access any Comic specific folder I get
Entry not found or user not authorized
The user account security works fine instead with the Books section.
No exception is present in the log file.

[Suggestion] Make the entire web structure available to skinners
Right now skinners only have access to the images and style sheets.
Please consider moving all of the web server files (html and javascript) to the themes directory so that myself and other skinners may be unconstrained by the current layout.
The web server files are currently embedded in Ubooquity.jar. I could edit these, but would have to distribute a new jar instead of a zipped custom theme directory. If I had to edit the jar I'd have to update the theme with every version even when the new version does not break the layout.

Symbolic Links
I do not know if this has been covered. I needed in my Comic collection to have them stored under Series as well as Story Line. I found that if you use Hard Symbolic links, then Ubooquity sees them and opens them. So I can have 'multiple' copies of the same comic without using up disk space.

Customized Modern theme
Just started using Ubooquity yesterday, but I like it a lot!
I've restyled the Modern theme for personal use to give it a colourful "material design" look. Not sure if I'm allowed to share the file if anyone is interested, but here are some screenshots.

HMI Enhancement
Hi,
First, i'd like to thank you for this great software.
I think user interface could be enhance by taking inspiration in Emby HMI.
- I don't think that the 2 imposed root folders (comics and books) are necessary. I think it would be better to ask to the admin the type of the folder at its creation, as it is done in Emby, where you can choose movie, tv show...
- It's great to show the number of books in folders. It could be better if each user could mark the books he has read and show the number of unread ones in folders.
- This way, you could have a "next to read" section where you could find the next unread volume of a comics collection you had begin to read.

New themes not being added
Hi,
I have tried to add a new theme, the user created Modern Theme downloaded from the site. I have extracted the zip to the theme folder but nothing is showing up other than the default theme when i go into change it.
Am i missing a step?
I'm running Ubooquity on a Raspberry Pi with Raspbain in headless mode.

Scanner freezes on specific PDF
Hello, I'm trying to import a collection of PDFs, howerver the obooquity scanner thread seems to freeze up while scanning a specific file, Dragon Magazine #78. I can send a copy of this file to someone if they would like to examine it.

Ubooquity outside locak network setup
trying to install on a computer hard wire connected to a DIR-655 linksys router. I have set the port forward and publick ip adress in the port forwarding rules to no avail.

Empty folders
first off hello ya'll and let me say, this is exactly what ive been lookin for and its worked pretty well til now. Not sure if its a bug or me, but theres some files that end up just being inside seemingly empty folders with the default "cover" ubooquity uses. When i click them it gives me the option to download or read, when read is clicked it just says could not open file. ive tried refreshing and re-adding my entire library but to no avail. if my description wasnt clear enough let me know ill try my best to share some more details on my situation.
